Born March 31, 1925 in Garrett, son of Earl C. Sr. and Lita (Pritts) Lenhart. Preceded in death by parents, first wife the former Betty Mae Shaffer, sisters: Laverne Lenhart and Allegra Bodine, brothers: Thomas, Jack, Paul, and Jerry Lenhart, and grandchildren: Jason, Randy, and Mary. Survived by his wife of 19 years the former Loretta Schneider; children: Laura married to Elwood Kelly, Randy, Bonnie married to Sam Sheets, and Holly, all of Somerset; Earl III, Friedens; Timothy and wife Lisa, Meyersdale; and Arlen Grove and wife Lori, and Linda married to Doug Marlow, both of Michigan; grandchildren: Lisa, Amy, Timothy, Joseph, Bobby, Becky, Jennifer, Whitney, Andrew, Jessica, Kristopher, Tiffany, Angela, Richard, and Amanda; great-grandchildren: Nicole, Paul, Jessica, Daniel, Austin, Alivia, Callie, Talyn, Tyler, Trevor, Briar, Makanna, Kayden, and Kalyn; and great-great-grandson: Sean. Also survived by a sister Jean married to Quentin Mong and daughter Erin Wall all of Muncie, Indiana, and many friends of Bill W. World War II Navy veteran, and a retired carpenter. Member of Somerset Alliance Church, and Stoystown Area Historical Society. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Viewing from noon until service at 1 p.m. Monday at Somerset Alliance Church. Rev. James Vandervort officiating. Interment Husband Cemetery.
