  DENNIS W. LEPLEY
  
  Dennis W. Lepley, 49, of Boswell Heights, Boswell, died April 30, 2004 at
  his residence.  Son of Edward and Rose (Guzako) Lepley.  Preceded in death
  by parents and brother Rick.  Survived by brother Leroy, married to the
  former Elaine Overton, Boswell, niece and nephews Samuel, Charlotte and
  Caleb Lepley.  A 1973 graduate of North Star High School.  A former
  employee of CVS Pharmacy Distribution Center, Somerset.  Following
  cremation, a memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at Covenant
  Presbyterian Church, 327 Allegheny Street, Boswell.  The Rev. Michael A.
  Dunlap and Rev. Dr. R. Bruce Maxwell officiating.  Flower deliveries should
  be sent to the church.  Arrangements by Hoffman Funeral Homes, Boswell.
