  VICTOR L. LEPLEY
  
    Victor L. Lepley, 76, died Monday, Jan. 8, 1990, at Northern
  Virginia Doctors Hospital in Arlington, Va.
    He was born in Wellersburg, the son of the late James and Emma
  (Delbrook) Lepley.
    He was a retired bus driver for the METRO system.
    He is survived by his widow, Helen V. Lepley; three sons: Harold
  Lepley, Woodbridge, Va.; James Lepley, Berryville; and Donald Lepley,
  Baltimore, Md.; one daughter, Emma Belle Murray, Corriganville, Md.;
  three stepdaughters, Betty Jean, Cleveland, Ohio; Joyce Eppard, and
  Barbara Ramey, all of Falls Church, Va.; one brother, Wilbert Lepley,
  Capon Bridge, W.Va.; one sister, Lucille Saylor, Cumberland, Md.
    Friends were received at the Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home, 1500
  West Braddock Road, Alexandria, Va. where services were conducted at
  noon Friday.
    Interment, National Memorial Park, Falls Church, Va.
