  LETCHER
  
  Chalmer Letcher, 70, of East Brunswick, N.J., formerly of Somerset,
  died Aug. 6, 1985.  Survived by his wife, Margaret (Herr) Letcher;
  mother, Clara L. Smith, East Main Street, Somerset; six children:
  Eugene, Janice Silona, Dianna Zgirski, William, Debbie and Jeff; nine
  grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a brother, Paul, Somerset. 
  Private funeral services will be held in East Brunswick.
