Born March 13, 1918, in Ralphton, Pa. Son of the late Charles H. and Clara A. (DeArmitt) Letcher. Preceded in death by first wife, the former Marie Dickey; second wife, the former Hazel Estella Snyder, who died Dec. 27, 1989; son, Paul C. Letcher Jr., and two brothers, James and Chalmer Letcher. Truck driver with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. U.S. Army veteran of World War II, in which he served in the European Theatre and received three Bronze Stars. Member of the First Christian Church and Local 126, IBEW. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, the Rev. Glenn E. Sadler officiating.
