Born Dec. 15, 1926, in Jerome, he was a son of George and Alice (Korejwo) Levadnuk. Preceded in death by father. He is survived by mother, Chicago, Ill.; widow, the former Irene Marciniak; and these children, Barbara, wife of David Ritchey, Orange City, Fla.; Patricia King, Schellsburg; Edward, married to the former Debbie Otto, Bedford; and eight grandchildren. He is a brother of George, married to the former Kathryn Downie, Boswell; Olga, wife of Fred DeLuca, Chicago, Ill.; Walter, married to the former Cora Walker, Jerome, and Anastasia, wife of J. Mitchell Skaja, Chicago, Ill. Member of American Legion Post No. 113, Bedford; VFW Post 4440, Schellsburg; and Jerome Nest 556 Polish Falcons of America.
