  RUBY C. LEVIN
  
    Ruby C. Bowers Levin, 95, of Oxon Hill, Md., died Sunday, May 18,
  1986 in the Fort Washington Rehabilitation Center.
    Born in Avilton, she was a daughter of the late William Broadwater
  and Laurie (Garlitz) Broadwater.
    Twice married, she was preceded in death by George W. Bowers and
  Albert Levin.
    Surviving are two sons: George E. Bowers, Oxon Hill and Greeman
  Bowers, Grantsville, Md.; two brothers: Ernest Broadwater, of Ohio
  and Paul Broadwater, of Louisiana; two sisters: Mrs. Victoria
  Garlitz, Berlin; and Mrs. Rose Miller, Chesapeake, Ohio.
    Newman Funeral Home, in Grantsville, was in charge of arrangements.
    Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St.
  Ann's Catholic Church in Avilton by Father William Moody.  Interment,
  parish cemetery.
