  DAVID E. LEWIS
  
    David E. Lewis, 69, of Spokane, Wash., formerly of Meyersdale and
  Wilmerding, died July 3, 1974, in Spokane.  Born in Meyersdale, Sept.
  23, 1904, he was a son of David A. and Mary (Tressler) Lewis.
    He had been employed as a brake tester for Westinghouse Air Brake
  Company.  He was a member of the Methodist Church and of the Knights
  of Pythias in Wilmerding, and of the Moose Lodge in Meyersdale.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Stella I. Lansberry; a daughter,
  Mrs. Mary J. Shackelford of Spokane; a grandson, a
  great-great-grandson; and a brother, Raymond L. Lewis of Lake Placid,
  Fla.
    Private cremation service was held at Hazen Jaeger Funeral Home in
  Spokane, Wash.
