  LEYDIG
  
    Carl W. Leydig, 85, of Eastlake, Ohio, formerly of Glencoe and
  Cumberland, Md., died Aug. 29, 1996, in Eastlake, Ohio.  Born Jan.
  29, 1911, in Glencoe.  Son of Simon and Cora (Raupach) Leydig. 
  Preceded in death by parents; his wife, the former Mary Gertrude
  Cumiskey, and brother, John.  He is survived by his son, Joseph, and
  his wife Penelope, of Elyria, Ohio; and daughter, Mrs. Robert (Jean)
  Corbin, Eastlake, Ohio; also seven grandchildren, seven
  great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.  He retired
  from Refiners Transport, Cleveland.  Member of Elyria Moose Club and
  F. and A.M.  Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday
  and Monday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held
  at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Rev. Ralph G. Landis officiating.  Interment Mt.
  Lebanon Cemetery, Glencoe.
