  CORA E. LEYDIG
  
    Mrs. Cora E. Leydig, 87, Meyersdale RD 4, died Feb. 4, 1979 at the
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  She was born Aug. 18, 1891 in
  Cumberland, Md., a daughter of the late William and Lydia (Grimes)
  Raupach.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Simon.
    She is survived by two sons: Carl W. of Pharr, Texas, and John D.
  of Glencoe; also 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and four
  great-great-grandchildren.
    She was a sister of Carl of Glencoe, Arthur of Queens, Pa.; Fred of
  Glencoe RD 1; Mrs. Alta Sturtz of Meyersdale RD 4; Mrs. Dora Ackerman
  of Meyersdale; and Mrs. Martha Keefer of Cleveland, Ohio; and Mrs.
  Bertha Menhorn of Orlando, Fla.
    She was a member of the Glencoe United Church of Christ, where she
  served as an organist and janitor; also a member of the Daughters of
  America.
    Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where
  services were conducted with the Rev. William Hay officiating. 
  Interment, Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
