  LICHLITER
  
    Heil Henderson Lichliter, 89, formerly of New Cumberland, died June
  29, 1999 at Messiah Village, Upper Allen Township.  Born Feb. 19,
  1910, in Salisbury, son of the late Christian S. and Minnie (Enos)
  Lichliter.  He was a retired executive assistant for the Commonwealth
  of Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission.  A World War II Navy
  Veteran; a graduate of Mercersburg Academy and West Virginia
  University School of Law.  He was a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal
  Cathedral and the cathedral's choir director, Harrisburg; Robert Burns
  Lodge 464 F. and A.M., Harrisburg, Harrisburg Consistory.  Services
  were held July 2 at the Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland.
