Born Feb. 19, 1910, in Salisbury, son of the late Christian S. and Minnie (Enos) Lichliter. He was a retired executive assistant for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission. A World War II Navy Veteran; a graduate of Mercersburg Academy and West Virginia University School of Law. He was a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Cathedral and the cathedral's choir director, Harrisburg; Robert Burns Lodge 464 F. and A.M., Harrisburg, Harrisburg Consistory. Services were held July 2 at the Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Pa., P.O.
