She was born January 1, 1926 in Frostburg, MD, the daughter of the late Harry E. Rairick and Mary E. (Schreiber) Rairick. Mrs. Lichliter was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary E. Mastrino. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, G. Riley Lichliter; her son, Thomas R. Lichliter and his wife Donna, Salisbury; and her grandchildren: Brian S. Lichliter and Melody L. Lichliter, both of Salisbury. She was a retired bookkeeper for various businesses and the Municipality of Salisbury. Mrs. Lichliter was a member of Saint Michael's Catholic Church in West Salisbury. A memorial service was conducted at Saint Michael's Catholic Church, West Salisbury on Sunday, April 29, 2007, at 4 p.m. The Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, MD, (www.adamsfamilyfuneralhome.com) is in charge of the arrangements.
