Lichty, 81, Rockwood RD 1, died July 6, 1984, in Somerset Community Hospital. He was born Sept. 6, 1902, in Black Township, a son of Bernard and Katherine (Sheeler) Lichty. Survived by his wife, Pricilla (Burkholder) Lichty of Rockwood RD 1; two daughters: Marie Lee of Meyersdale; and Blanche Tomberrilli of Valois, N.Y.; two sons: Willard of Rockwood; and Daniel of Harrison, Pa.; by two sisters: Mrs. Ella Bailey and Mrs. Carrie Romesberg, both of Frederick, Md.; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Charles Lichty in 1972. His death terminates a marriage union of 31 years. He was a member of Somerset Eagles, Lodge 1801; the Meyersdale Moose, Lodge 1436; the Laborers Union, Local 158; and a member of the Rockwood Church of the Brethren. Friends were received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where services will be conducted Monday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev.
