Lichty, 61, of Somerset RD 7, died March 11, 1989, in an airplane crash in Manassas, Va. Born Dec. 3, 1927, in Somerset Township, son of the late Harvey Meyers and Mildred (Hinebaugh) Licthy. Survived by wife, the former Donna Jean Boyer, to whom he was married for 38 years; and these children: Mrs. James R. (Georgia) Cascio of Somerset; and Mrs. Edward W. (Denise) Troll IV of Bolivar; grandchildren: Elizabeth Cascio, Ryan Bronwyn and Isaac Troll. Brother of: Mrs. Dalton (Pauline) Shaulis of Somerset; Mrs. William (Lois) McClemens, Orlando, Fla; Mrs. David (Shirley) Simpson, Akron, Ohio; and Robert, married to the former Florabelle Walker, Naples, Fla. Member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ and F. & A.M. Lodge 358. Was founder and owner of George's Men's Shop and George's for Her. Arrangements by Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home are incomplete. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. Masonic service at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
