Lichty, 67, Salisbury, died July 26, 1980, at home. He was born April 27, 1913, in Salisbury, son of the late John and Olive (Durst) Lichty. He is survived by wife, the former Pauline Vought; and four sons: Ira K. Jr., Salisbury; Paul E., Cumberland, Md.; Richard L., Salisbury; and Rodney D., Salisbury; sisters: Mrs. Mary Holliday, Salisbury RD 1; and Mrs. Dorothy Hetrick, Cumberland, Md.; also grandsons Jamie and David Lichty. He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Salisbury. He was a retired welder with Columbia Gas Co. for 45 years. He was a veteran of World War 2 and a member of Salisbury American Legion and VFW. Friends were received at Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, where services were conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev.
