  MRS. JOHN A. LICHTY
  
    Mrs. Olive O. Lichty, 79, of Salisbury RD, died March 3, 1972 in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    Born in Elk Lick Township, Sept. 19, 1892, she was a daughter of
  David and Mary (Livengood) Durst.  She was preceded in death by her
  husband, John A. Lichty.
    She was a member of Salisbury Church of the Brethren.
    Mrs. Lichty is survived by two sons and two daughters: Ira K.
  Lichty, Salisbury; Raymond F. Lichty and Mrs. Mary Holiday, both of
  Salisbury RD; and Mrs. Dorothy Hedrick, Cumberland; also 16
  grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
    Funeral service was conducted in Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury,
  Monday afternoon, with Rev. Daniel Whitacre officiating.  Interment
  in Salisbury Cemetery.
