    Charles William "Bill" Lindeman, Sr., 72, Jacksonville, Fla., died  August 31, 2008 in
  WMHS-Braddock  Campus, Cumberland, Md. Born  August 16, 1936, in Meyersdale, the son of
  the late John W. and Maggie Mae (Fate) Lindeman. He was also preceded in death by three
  brothers, Clyde, Paul and John Lindeman; and three sisters, Alberta Brown, Mary Lindeman
  and Betty Durst. He is survived by two sons, Charles W. Lindeman, Jr. and special friend,
  Kim, Salisbury; Roger Lindeman, Boynton; a daughter, Rebecca Broadwater and husband,
  George, Grantsville, Md.; five grandchildren, David and wife, Janeen Broadwater; Dean
  Broadwater; Patty Siegmyer and husband, Dave; Justin Broadwater and fiancˇe, Kara Kenner;
  and Chad Lindeman; six great-grandchildren, Shayla Wilt, Dustin Broadwater, Kurtis
  Broadwater, Derek Broadwater, Breanna Siegmyer and Kobe Broadwater. Mr. Lindeman was a
  truck driver for Jacksonville Water Co. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m.  Wednesday in the Newman Funeral Home, Inc., 9168 Mason- Dixon Highway, Salisbury.
  Service will be conducted in the funeral home 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Alan Birkby
  officiating. Interment will be private. Condolences may be sent to the family at
