MARY ELIZABETH LINDEMAN

  Miss Mary Elizabeth Lindeman died at her home in Romania, near Meyersdale, on 
Monday, April 13, 1942, aged 56 years, 5 months and 20 days.  The cause of death 
was attributed to a cerebral hemorrhage.  She was a daughter of Conrad and 
Elizabeth Lindeman and was her father's housekeeper ever since the death of her 
mother about ten years ago.  Miss Lindeman was a dutiful daughter and a faithful 
member of Amity Evangelical and Reformed Church.
  She is survived by her father, three brothers, John Lindeman, of Boynton; 
Charles Lindeman, of Summit Township, and Robert Lindeman, and one sister, Mrs. 
Robert James of Meyersdale.
  Funeral services were held this (Thursday) afternoon at 2:30 p.m., at the 
Lindeman home, with Rev. Nelson C. Brown and Dr. B. A. Black, officiating.  
Interment was made in Union Cemetery, under the direction of Stanley Thomas, 
Salisbury mortician.
