Lindeman died Dec. 27, 1939, at the home of his son, John Lindeman, in Boynton. His death was caused by apoplexy and heart disease, at the age of 72 years, 4 months and 14 days. He was a son of the late David Lindeman, who at one time was a resident of Meyersdale. His wife, whose maiden name was Susan Hutzel, died some years ago. Mr. Lindeman is survived by several children, namely, Henry of Meyersdale; Walter, of Frostburg, Md.; John, of Boynton; Mrs. Minnie Saylor and Miss Lulu Lindeman of Akron, Ohio. The funeral was held last Saturday at the home where he died, at Boynton, and was conducted by Rev. Lear, a minister of The Church of God, residing at Glade City, near Meyersdale. The burial arrangement was in charge of Stanley M. Thomas, the well known Salisbury mortician, with interment in the Salisbury I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Meyersdale Republican, January 4, 1940
