Lines Sr., 78, of 4250 Lake Road East, Geneva, Ohio, formerly of Boswell, died May 5, 2003 at the Cleveland Clinic. Born April 5, 1925 in Boswell, son of Elmer C. and Mamie (Zerfoss) Lines. Preceded in death by parents, son Joseph W. Jr. on June 28, 1963, and two brothers Frank and Edward. Survived by wife the former Betty E. Stillwagon whom he married March 31, 1947; daughters, Charlotte A. Bradbury and husband Donald, Columbus, Ohio, Bonnie L. Spoor and husband Clarence, Sandra J. Lines and Betty J. Dellaverson, and husband Sandy, all of Saybrook, Ohio; sons, Jerry W. Lines, Chardon, Ohio, and James W. Lines and wife Suzanne, Geneva, Ohio; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Also sisters, Dorothy Hemminger, Saybrook, Ohio, Katherine Miller, and Elsie Hemminger, both of Boswell, and brother Howard Lines, Ashtabula, Ohio. Resident of Geneva for 43 years. Retired from Marcy Chevrolet, Geneva, and also had worked for Don Howell Chevrolet. Proud owner of a 1954 Corvette. Enjoyed working on antique cars, especially Corvettes. Also enjoyed boating, water skiing and gardening. Friends received from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Rev.
