    Mamie (Zerfoss) Lines, 93, Boswell RD 1, died March 29, 1990, at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born April 22, 1896, in Friedens, daughter of
  William and Julia (Zerfoss) Zerfoss.  Preceded in death by parents;
  husband, Elmer, died April 28, 1943; two infant sons; sons, Frank and
  Edward; sister, Catherine Day; brothers, John, Walter, and Foster;
  three grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.  Survived by
  these children: Dorothy Hemminger, Ashtabula, Ohio; Joseph, married
  to the former Betty Stillwagon, Geneva, Ohio; Elsie, widow of William
  Hemminger, Stoystown RD 1; Kate, wife of James A. Miller, Boswell RD
  1; and Howard, married to the former Caroline Bailey, Ashtabula,
  Ohio; 22 grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.  Friends received
  from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Hoffman Funeral Home,
  Allegheny Street, Boswell, where service will be held at 1 p.m.
  Sunday, Rev. Max DeArmey.  Interment, Mizpah Cemetery.
