Lininger, 67, of Homestead, and formerly of Salisbury, died Saturday, Dec. 23, 1989, in the Willis Nursing Center, Homestead. Born Oct. 2, 1922, in Listonburg, she was a daughter of the late Howard L. and Martha R. (Eisentrout) Lininger. She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Salisbury, and the Salisbury VFW and American Legion auxiliaries. She was preceded in death by two husbands. She is survived by one brother, James E. Eisentrout, Salisbury; one sister, Vida Mae Livengood, Ravenna, Ohio; five children; 16 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Friends were received at the Thomas Funeral Home in Salisbury where services were conducted Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. by the Rev. David Fetter. Interment, Salisbury Cemetery.
