Lint, Jr., 80, Somerset, died Feb. 27, 2000 at Somerset Hospital. Born Nov. 18, 1919 in Somerset, the son of the late Earl and Anna (Pritts) Lint. Also preceded in death by an infant son, William and sisters Helen Friedline, Dorothy Robinson and Thelma Weimer. Survived by wife, the former Mabelle Berkley, to whom he was married 58 years; daughters Mrs. Clifford (Sandy) Trent of Somerset, and Mrs. Carl (Donna) Pletcher of Rockwood; and son Earl W. Lint II, married to the former Deborah Dill of Somerset; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Brother of Betty Letcher, Kathryn Smith and Mrs. Dean (Jean) Bailey all of Somerset. Member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ. Retired employee of Somerset Auto Parts. Veteran of World War II and a 1937 graduate of Somerset High School. Friends received from 7-9 p.m., Monday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Glenn Sadler officiating.
