Lint, 75, of Holidaysburg, and formerly of Somerset, died April 23, 1990 in Highland VA Medical Center, Pittsburgh. Born June 11, 1914 in Somerset. Son of the late Clyde S. and Mabel (Adams) Lint. Survived by step-mother Christina Lint; one daughter Mrs. Carl (Vivian) Percan, Ligonier. Survived by these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Richard J. (Ruby Mae) Knupp and Mrs. John (Alice) Sipe, Somerset RD 7, and Mrs. Harry (Shirley) Bechtol, Somerset; Gene A. Lint, married to the former Karen Konche, Mt. Clemens, Mich. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a former construction worker and coal miner. Veteran of WWII having served in New Guinea and the Philippines. Participated in Teen Challenge in Cleveland, Ohio. Attended Pleasant Valley Assemblies of God in Altoona. There will be no calling hours. Private memorial services will be conducted Saturday 10 a.m. in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, nephew of the deceased, the Rev. Timothy Tanner officiating. Interment Weller Cemetery.
