  Albert F. Lintz, 83, of Meyersdale died Jan. 18, 1978, at his home. 
  Born June 4, 1978, in Barton, Md., a son of the late August and Hanna
  (Shubart) Lintz.  Survived by his widow, Daisy Ohler; and a sister,
  Mrs. Gertrude Lintz Phillips.  Owned and operated the Cook & Lintz
  Monument Company in Meyersdale from 1924 until 1962; financial
  secretary and treasurer and Sunday school secretary for the United
  Methodist Church in Meyersdale for 52 years; charter member of the
  Meyersdale Lions veteran of World War I, American 3218.  Friends will
  be received after 3 p.m. Thursday at the Leckemby Funeral Home in
  Meyersdale where services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. with the Rev.
  Timothy Storms officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.  In lieu of
  flowers please make contributions to the American Cancer Society.
