  LISTON
  
    James L. Liston, 72, of Aspinwall, formerly of Mill Run, died Sept.
  26, 1998 at the V.A. Medical Center, Aspinwall.  He was born Aug. 11,
  1926, in Valley Forge, Pa., a son of the late Edward B. and Anna Ruth
  (Hall) Liston.  He is survived by his wife, Darlene Ruth (Heasley)
  Liston; four daughters: Carol Coddington of Somerset, Donna Liston of
  Ford City, Cheryl Bowser of Worthington and Stephanie Charney of Slate
  Lick; three sons, James of Worthington, Ronald and Steven, both of
  Ford City; seven grandchildren and one great-grandaughter [sic]; a
  sister, Loretta Pyle of Somerset, and a brother, Joseph Liston, of
  Ohiopyle.  He was a U.S. Army veteran of Korea and a member of the
  Kittanning American Legion, VFW and DAV.  Friends will be received
  from 7-9 p.m. today at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence where
  services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m.  Interment will follow at
  Maple Summit Cemetery.
