JOHN LISTON

Confluence, PA

  John Liston, 71, died at his home at Maple Summit, Saturday night, July 11th 
after a lingering illness of several months.
  He is survived by his wife and three children: Edward of Newton Square, Mrs. 
William Rugg and Mrs. R. Kemp of near Draketown, and 10 grandchildren.  Mr. 
Liston was a member of the Christian Church and an honorary member of Confluence 
Lodge No. 814, I.O.O.F.
  The Lodge held a service on Monday night at the Liston home.  The funeral was 
conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the Maple Summit Church, with 
Rev. J. R. Smudski in charge.  Interment was made in the Maple Summit Cemetery.
