  ROBERT LITZENBURG
  
    Robert E. Litzenburg, 68, of Peabody, Massachusetts, and Rockledge,
  Fla., died February 9, in Cape Canaveral Hospital, Cocoa Beach, Fla.,
  after a brief illness.
    Born and raised in Cumberland, Md. he was the son of Raymond and
  Lillian (Shultz) Litzenburg.
    He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Roache) Litzenburg, of
  Peabody; a son, Robin E. Litzenburg of Ayre, Mass.; a stepdaughter,
  Shirley Russell, of Peabody; two stepsons: Herbert Carleton, of
  Saugas, Mass.; and Michael Carleton, of Danvers, Mass.; a sister,
  Ruth Tempia, of Garrett; three granddaughters and many nieces and
  nephews.
    He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Brion K. and a
  brother Richard W. Litzenburg.
    A World War II Army veteran, Mr. Litzenburg, upon his discharge,
  was employed 15 years by the Department of the Army Missle [sic]
  Systems Division at Fort Devens, Mass.
    Funeral services were held in the Francis L. Conway and Sons
  Funeral home.  Interment, Peabody Cemetery.
