Livengood, 57, Cash Valley Road, LaVale, Md., died Wednesday, Sept. 28, in Allegany Hospital, Cumberland, where he was a patient for a week. He was born in Salisbury, the son of the late Harvey and Caroline (Newman) Livengood. He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Smith, LaVale; three sons, Darrel, Warren and Donald, all of LaVale, and three grandchildren. Also surviving are three brothers, Ira, Boynton; Roy, Akron, and Francis, Berea, O., and one sister, Mrs. Henry Lichty, Ashland, O. Mr. Livengood was a warehouseman and truck driver for the Gulf Oil Co. for 23 years. He was a member of the Salisbury Church of the Brethren, and a member of the L.O. of Moose in Frostburg. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Hafer Funeral Home, the Rev. A. Jay Replogle of Salisbury officiating. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Cumberland.
