Livengood, 91, of Lancaster died Tuesday, May 19, 1998, at home after a brief illness. He was the widower of the late Elizabeth Wagner Livengood, who died last August. Born in Salisbury, Pa., he was the son of the late Daniel and Mabel Miller Livengood. Surviving is a sister, Maryeliza Deal of Salisbury, Pa. He was a public school teacher at Manheim Township High School, Lancaster. He retired in 1973. He graduated from Juniata College with his B.S. in chemistry. He received his master's degree from the University of Michigan. He was a member and started the Lancaster County Science Fair in the 1950s. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend graveside services in Salisbury Cemetery, Salisbury, on Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Daniel J. Whitacre officiating.
