  LIVENGOOD
  
  Mrs. Martha C. Livengood, 83, of South Center Avenue, Somerset, died
  Oct. 22, 1983, at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born July 14, 1900,
  at Addison, a daughter of the late Nelson N. and Mary (Lakel) Cupp. 
  Widow of the late William S. Livengood Jr., former Pennsylvania
  Secretary of Internal Affairs.  Survived by two children: Mrs. Edward
  (Mary) Bilinkas, Randolph, N.J.; William S., III, Somerset; six
  grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Crawford, Raleigh, N.C. 
  Member of the Somerset Church of the Brethren, Somerset Welfare
  League and Somerset Garden Club.  Friends will be received from 2-4
  and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where
  services will be conducted Tuesday at 1:30 p.m., with the Rev. Roger
  Forry officiating.  Interment, Husband Cemetery.
