  MRS. MARY LIVENGOOD
  
    Mrs. Mary V. Livengood, 83, of Meyersdale RD 1, died Sept. 11 at
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  Born in Elk Lick Township January 7,
  1891, she was a daughter of the late Gabriel and Rebecca Keefer
  Stevanus.  She was preceded in death by two husbands, W.J. Staggs and
  Earl Lepley.
    Surviving are her husband, Samuel H. Livengood; two sons, Grant L.
  Staggs, Keyser, and Carroll H. Staggs, Frostburg, Md.; a daughter,
  Mrs. Ida Moore, Cleveland, Ohio; six stepsons, Cecil Lepley,
  Cumberland, Md.; Irvin Lepley, Raymond Lepley and Earl Lepley, Mt.
  Savage, Md.; Warren Livengood, Tacoma, Wash., and Blaine Livengood,
  Cleveland, Ohio; a brother Ralph Stevanus, Meyersdale RD 4; three
  sisters, Mrs. Naomi Tressler, Harrisonburg, Va.; Mrs. Jennie Grenke,
  Detroit, Mich.; and Mrs. Sue Holt, Cumberland, Md.; five
  grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
    Mrs. Livengood was a retired practical nurse and a member of St.
  Paul's United Church of Christ, Wilhelm Charge.  Services were
  conducted at Garfield F. Thomas Funeral Home Saturday.  Rev. Lloyd
  Sechriest and Rev. Walter Otto officiating.  Interment in the St.
  Paul Cemetery.
