  LIVENGOOD
  
  Ruth W. Livengood, 49, of Somerset RD 4, died Sept. 8, 1986, at her
  residence.  Born Dec. 16, 1936, in Bakersville, daughter of the late
  Frank and Stella (Shaulis) Weyand.  Preceded in death by parents and
  one sister.  Survived by husband of 28 years, Kenneth L.; three
  brothers, Clark E., and Elmer E., both of Rockwood RD 1; Merle W.,
  Rockwood RD 3; and one sister, Fern E. Simpson, Wellington, Ohio. 
  Life-long member of Messiah Lutheran Church, New Centerville where
  she served as church organist for 18 years.  Member of Milford Grange
  #1744, New Centerville; Pomona Grange #39, where she served as
  secretary for many years; the Pa. State Grange and National Grange. 
  Employed by DeVilbiss Co.  Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Tuesday,
  2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home where
  funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m., the Rev.
  Gregory Pile officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial
  Park.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the American
  Cancer Society or to Messiah Lutheran Church.
