Born Aug. 27, 1908, in Beaverdale, daughter of the late Irvin T. and Susan A. (Crum) Wherry. Also preceded in death by first husband Herman W. Livingston; second husband Russell Allison; brothers Thomas, William, James and Lester Wherry; sisters, Jessie Corle, Lucy Karashin, Blodwyn Chapman, Bessie, Mary Ann, Lillian and Clara Wherry; son-in-law Ken Walker Jr.; and grandson, Mark Walker. Survived by son, Thomas L. Livingston, Bedford; daughter, Shirley M. (Livingston) Walker; and stepdaughter, Ella Ellis, both of Windber. Also survived by grandson, David Walker and granddaughter Katrina Walker, and Tammy Lamer, who were her caregivers. Sister of Wilbert W. Wherry, Geistown, and several grand-children and nieces and nephews. Also survived her beloved pet dog Penny. Ida Mae was a member of the auxillaries to American Legion Post 137, Windber and former Hunter-Weaver Post 495, Scalp Level. She was baptized at Christ UMC, Moxham. Former member of Roxbury UMC and current member of Calvary UMC, Windber. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Meek Funeral Home Inc., Windber, and from one hour prior to service at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Calvary UMC, Windber. The Rev.
