Born in Munhall Dec. 19, 1924. A son of the Jessie Stemp Lloyd of Somerset and the late William R. Lloyd. Survived by his wife Violet (Rufener) Lloyd and three sons, Edward O., Somerset, RD 2, David B. and Dwight E. living at home, one brother, William A., of Knoxville, Tenn. He was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church in Somerset, Homestead Lodge 582 F and AM Syria Temple, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Vally [sic] of Pittsburgh. He was employed by J. David Rossi Associates, Chautauqua, N.Y. Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where services will be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. officiated by Rev. Arnold S. Kastner. Interment, in Somerset County Memorial Park. Somerset Lodge 554 F and AM will conduct memorial services 7:30 P.M. Wednesday in the funeral home.
