Formerly of Peters Township, Washington County, he was born April 4, 1905, in Green Bay, Wis., the son of the late Lewis and Julia (Kempton) Locklin. Also preceded in death by his wife, Henriette (Ralph) and brothers Lawrence and Howard. Survived by children: Jane L. Reimers of Pittsburgh, Robert B. Locklin Jr. of Champion, Margaret L. Groninger of Pittsburgh, Ralph H. Locklin of Bellefonte, John H. Locklin of Silver Spring, Md.; 14 grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren. Member of St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, Somerset. Graduated from Lawrence College. Received electrical engineering degree from University of Minnesota. Worked for Westinghouse Electric Corp. in Trafford and Pittsburgh. Longtime resident of Peters Township. Was deacon, elder and charter member at Westminster Prebyterian Church in Upper St. Clair. Longtime member of McMurray Lions Club and served as Boy Scout leader. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Keith Fink officiating. A reception will follow in the church's Grove Room. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the "Scholarship Fund" in care of Laurel Arts, P.O.
