Born March 21, 1933, in Connellsville, daughter of the late Ernest Siviter and Lois Burns Thomas Whitehead. Also preceded by brother, Robert Whitehead, and sister, Mrs. Joseph (Helen) Diller. Survived by husband, Robert B. Locklin Jr., executive director of Philip Dressler Center for the Arts, and these children: Thomas R., married to the former Diane L. Cekus, Jones Mills, Pa.; Miss June E., Warren, Ohio; Carol, wife of Thomas A. Ogle, Somerset RD 6; and Miss Ann C., Champion RD 1; and one sister, Mrs. James (Billie) Cooper, Mars, Pa. Member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. A 1950 graduate of Lafayette High School, Buffalo, N.Y. Secretary of managing director, Hidden Valley Resort. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday in Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home. Memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church, Rev. Terry Johnson and Rev. Conway Keibler, of Washington, Pa., officiating. Interment, Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills, Pa.
