  Herkimer M. Lockwood, 73, of Tucson, Ariz., died Wednesday, July 4. 
  He is survived by his wife, the former Effie Sanner of Rockwood, a
  daughter, Sarah Jane and three grandchildren all in Arizona.  Funeral
  arrangements are incomplete.
