   James Lockwood, 54, Salisbury, formerly of Rockwood, passed on March 31, 2006, at
  DeVine Personal Care Home in Salisbury. Born May 25, 1951, in Wilmington, Del., he is the
  son of the late George and Louise (Seitler) Lockwood. He is survived by his sons, John
  David, Daniel and James Lockwood, all of Lake Mary, Fla. Brother of Patricia Jenkins and
  Donald Lockwood, Claymont, Del.; Kathleen Russell, Roseburg, Ore.; Barbara Skrukrud,
  Rockwood; and Janice Mears, Hockessin, Del. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served
  two tours of duty in Vietnam. He was a lifetime member of the Somerset VFW Post 556. A
  memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Monday by the Somerset County Honor Guard at Miller
  Funeral Home, Somerset.
