  ARTHUR EUGENE LOEBER
  
    Arthur Eugene Loeber, 84, died September 17, 1982 in Sacred Heart
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    He was born Oct. 1, 1897, in Cumberland, and was a son of the late
  George C. Loeber and Josephine (Rosenmarkle) Loeber.  He was preceded
  in death by his wife, Leone C. Loeber.  He was an auto painter by
  trade.
    He is survived by one son, Charles E. Loeber, of Clearwater, Fla.;
  one daughter, Miss Helen L. Loeber of Wellersburg; three
  grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
    Services were conducted in the Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, with
  the Rev. Ken Korns and the Rev. Floyd Rinehart officiating. 
  Interment will be in Cooks Cemetery, Wellersburg.
