  IDA P. LOECHEL
  
    Ida P. Loechel, 91, of Salisbury, died June 17, 1983, Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.
    She was born Aug. 28, 1891, in Elk Lick Township, daughter of the
  late Mahlon and Dianna (Engle) Wisler.
    She was preceded in death by two husbands, Williard G. Fay and
  Edward M. Loechel.
    She is survived by four children: Mrs. Nellie Monn, of Salisbury;
  John Fay, of Carlisle; Willard G. Fay, of Salisbury; and Henry M.
  Loechel, of Warren, Ohio.  Also, eight grandchildren, 10
  great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
    She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ of Salisbury
  and was a housemother at Massanutten Academy in Woodstock, Va., for 30
  years.
    Friends were received at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, where
  funeral services were held with the Rev. David E. Fetter
  officiating.  Interment, St. Paul Cemetery.
