  BERTHA M. LOGSDON
  
    Bertha Mae Logsdon, 76, of Hyndman RD 1, died Monday, February 18,
  1985, at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    She was born Aug. 31, 1908 in Londonderry Township, daughter of the
  late William W. Kirchner and Martha Ann (Miller) Kirchner.
    Preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Deneen in 1936;
  three children, Harry Deneen, Evelyn Rosenbburg and Raymond Logsdon;
  brother, John Kirchner; sisters, Rosie Deneen, Nettie Kennell,
  Lillian Kirchner and Flora White.
    She was a member of the Wills Mountain Church of Christ.
    She is survived by her husband, Earl C. Logsdon; three sons, Earl
  D. Logsdon, Melvin W. Logsdon and Carl Deneen, and one daughter, Mrs.
  Martha Merkel, all of Hyndman RD 1; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Deneen,
  Cairnbrook; Mrs. Violet Stahlman, Corriganville, Md.; 25
  grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
    Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home
  Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
    Services will be conducted there Thursday at 10 a.m. by the Rev.
  Harry T. Ryan.  Interment will be in the Comps Cemetery.
