  LAURA V. LOGSDON
  
    Laura Virginia Logsdon, 80, of Cumberland, Md., died Monday, Jan.
  1, 1990 at Sacred Heart Hospital, Md.
    Born Feb. 10, 1909 in Glencoe, she was the daughter of the late
  Charles and Alice (Martz) Wiles.
    She was a retired nursing assistant at the Veterans Administration
  Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va., where she had worked for 21
  years.
    Her husband, Noah J. Logsdon, died in July 1971.
    Survivors include one son, John R. Logsdon, Martinsburg, W.Va.; one
  daughter, Doris A. Payne, Charlotte Hall, Md.; two sisters, Mary
  Miller, Glencoe; and Stella Sanders, Warriors Fort; five
  grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, Virginia
  Avenue, where services were conducted Friday at 1 p.m. by the Rev.
  Wayne Turner.
    Interment, St. Luke's Cemetery.
