    John E. Lohr, 78, of Garrett RD 1, died Oct. 22, 1993, at Conemaugh
  Hospital.  Born Oct. 23, 1915, in Garrett, a son of the late Miles E.
  and Anna (Briskey) Lohr.  Survived by his widow, the former Nettie V.
  Moore.  Also survived by a daughter, Kathleen, wife of David Suder of
  Meyersdale RD 1; a brother, Ward, of Newburg, Md.; a sister, Juanita
  Miller of Garrett, and these grandchildren: Marci, wife of Michael
  Phillippi of Somerset RD 4, and Danielle and Matthew Suder, both of
  Meyersdale RD 1.  A member of Grace United Church of Christ,
  Garrett.  Retired employee of the Western Maryland Railroad.  Friends
  are being received at the Leckemby Funeral Home, where services will
  be held at 2 p.m. Monday, with Rev. Wayne Sautter.  Interment,
  Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
