  MRS. CARRIE B. LONG
  
    Mrs. Carrie B. Long, 87, Meyersdale RD 4, died Dec. 18, in
  Annatolis Hospital, Wayne, Mich.
    Born in Pennsylvania, Dec. 2, 1878, she was a daughter of John and
  Mary (Jenkins) Whitford.  She was preceded in death by her husband,
  Joseph Long, in 1947.
    Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Alma Primrose, Farmington, Mich.; a
  son, William J., Akron; two grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Nelle
  Dorn, Hyndman.
    Service was held Thursday morning at Price Funeral Home,
  Meyersdale, with Rev. Charles E. Staub officiating.  Interment was
  made in Union Cemetery.
