  LONG
  
  Homer Long, 77, of Chicago and formerly of Black Township in Somerset
  County died Jan. 19, 1978, at his home.  Born August 17, 1900, a son
  of Jeramiah and Amelia Ringler Long.  Survived by his wife, Jewel,
  and a sister, Nora Pitcomb of Chicago, and a brother Milton Long of
  Somerset RD 1.  Preceded in death by these sisters and brothers:
  Sadie Neimiller, Elizabeth Griffif, Myra Costigane, Violet Long and
  Alvin Long.  Funeral services will be held Saturday at the Suerth
  Funeral Home, 6754 N. West Highway, Chicago, Ill.
