    Jennifer L. Hosmer (Rugg) Lowdermilk, 29, of Friendsville, Md.,
  went to be with the Lord, Oct. 30, 2002.  Born April 22, 1973 in
  Meyersdale, a daughter of Nancy Hosmer of Markleysburg, and Larry
  Rugg of Mill Run.  Preceded in death by her maternal guardian Steven
  R. Hosmer Jr.  In addition to her parents, she is survived by her
  loving husband, Rodney Lowdermilk, her loving children Kate
  Elizabeth, Hanna Lea, Haley Dawn and Jacob Carl Lowdermilk, all at
  home; stepmother Penny Rugg of Mill Run; brother Steven Rugg and
  sister Cindy Rugg, both of Mill Run; brothers Scott and Terry
  Fazenbaker and sister Gerri Fazenbaker, all of Confluence;
  father-in-law and mother-in-law Wilbur and Donna Lowdermilk of
  Friendsville, Md.; and a sister-in-law Renee and husband Greg
  Williams of Front Royal, Va.; aunts and uncles Darlene Morrison, Emma
  Ruth Marascalco, Steven Hosmer III, Clayton Rugg, Nancy and Kathy
  Rugg; and many nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 7
  to 9 p.m. Saturday in the Crawford Funeral Home, Rt. 40, Farmington,
  Pa., (724) - 392 1418 and from noon to 1 p.m. the hour of service,
  Sunday in Markleysburg Church of the Brethren.  Rev. Joe Brown and
  Rev. Nevin Umbel officiating.  Contributions may be made to
