JANE A. LOWERY

  Mrs. Jane A. Lowery, 72, wife of Francis Lowery of East Main St., died at her 
home Saturday morning at 4 o'clock, after an illness of several weeks.
  Mrs. Lowery, daughter of George and Maria Sarver, was born in Somerset County, 
June 22, 1873.  She is survived by her husband and a daughter, Mrs. Harvey 
Martz, at home, also a granddaughter, Frances Edna Martz, and two brothers, 
Samuel Sarver of Bedford and Augustus Sarver of Listie.
  Funeral services were conducted at the family home, Tuesday at 2:30 p.m., by 
Rev. S. Marion Whetstone of the Brethren Church.  Interment in the I.O.O.F. 
Cemetery under direction of Charles R. Hauger, Somerset mortician.
