  Rhoda A. Lowery
  
    Rhoda A. Lowery, 81, of Hyndman RD 1, died September 4, 1982, in
  Bedford County Memorial Hospital.
    She was born in Londonderry Township, June 27, 1901, and was a
  daughter of the late Henry Allison Welsh and Cora J. (Valentine)
  Welsh.  Her husband, Gilbert Lowery, preceded her in death.
    She is survived by a son, Charles Lape, of Ohio; a sister, Mrs.
  Myrtle Scritchfield, Hyndman RD 1, and a grandchild.
    Friends were received at the Zeigler Funeral Home.
    Services were conducted in the funeral home with the Rev. Leroy
  Logsdon and the Rev. Timothy Stamper officiating.  Interment will be
  in Cooks Mills Cemetery.
