  LOWRY
  
    Mrs. Mary Veda Lowry, 91, of Berlin, died Dec. 5 in Berlin.  Born
  Dec. 6, 1881 in Bedford County, a daughter of Richard and Rachael
  Weyant Mowry.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Herman H.; two
  sons, Robert and William and one sister.  Survived by a daughter,
  Mrs. Charles (Willa) Brown of Berlin RD 3 and seven grandchildren.  A
  sister of Mrs. Virgie Shaffer, Mrs. Jennie Lambert, both of Berlin,
  Mrs. Ella Glessner of Berlin RD 1 and George of Bedford.  Member of
  St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Shanksville.  Family will receive friends
  from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Charles R. Deaner
  Funeral Home, Stoystown, where services will be conducted at 1:30
  p.m., Friday with the Rev. Charles E. Staub officiating.  Interment
  Glade Cemetery.
